Vladimíra Josefiová

Vladimira Josefiova is an Advisory Board Member at Reflex Capital SE, Startup Investor. She returned to Prague at the end of 2010, after spending about 5 years working abroad to pursue her own business in the area of mergers and acquisitions in former CEE and ex-Yugoslavia. Before moving abroad, Vladimira was a fixture on the Top 25 Most Influential Women in Business list in the Czech Republic. After earning an MBA at Harvard, her career has included being an analyst in PepsiCola International, consultant at McKinsey & Co., and most senior roles in the banking industry in Central and Eastern Europe for Unicredit and Intesa Sanpaolo banking groups - in HR, internal communication, corporate responsibility, executive development and lastly in business development as Chief Business Officer for Intesa Sanpaolo Card, a card processing start up. Her contributions as a leader and role model have been the subject of numerous articles and interviews in print and electronic media.
