Things to Think About 085
"He who rejects change is the architect of decay." Harold Wilson
This quote from a former British Prime Minister, in the mid-twentieth century, is as true today, if not more so, than it was then. To me, Wilson’s message is that simply resisting change is not a passive thing. It is actually setting in motion a negative domino-style, chain reaction. That is not to say that you shouldn’t question change—far from it—good ideas only get better when they are questioned. It’s the blind rejection of change that is dangerous as well know from the corporate graveyard of the 20th century.
