Join us for what is sure to be a lively and enlightening discussion moderated by columnist, author, and one of Europe’s most respected authorities on leadership, Pepper de Callier, Founder of Prague Leadership Institute and recently named “Best Corporate Leadership Coach—Europe” by UK based, international trade-publishing company, Corporate Vision.

Joining Pepper will be a panel of four internationally respected leaders and investors:

Martin Kusik — one of the five founding partners of PENTA and now Founder of Odyssey 44, which is the investment vehicle for the Kusik family. During his 20 years with PENTA, Martin was directly involved in several of PENTA’s most significant projects and activities. He is a graduate of Charles University School of Law and studied law and economics at Univeridad Complutense in Madrid.

Pavel Rehak - as CEO, he led the restructuring and successful turnaround of Ceska pojistovna. He is currently CEO of Vigo Investments, the business arm of Vigo Group, which also includes a significant philanthropic focus. A Board Member of Aspen Institute Prague, Pavel has earned a reputation of being one of the most talented young leaders in the Czech Republic. A former McKinsey & Co. consultant, he received his MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University.

Petr Smida — now a private investor, formerly CEO of GE Money Bank CZ, then Global SVP Consumer Finance, and then Chairman, CEO of Alfa Bank, which he grew five-fold and was recognized as “The Best Bank in Russia” for three years running, under his leadership. A graduate of the Prague School of Economics, Petr is a Founding Member of the Czech Institute of Directors and the recipient of numerous leadership awards.

Milan Vasina — considered to be one of the most effective leaders in Deutsche Telekom, Milan has been CEO of T-Mobile CZ since 2011. Prior to this he was Executive Marketing Director of T-Mobile Slovakia and served as a Board Member during the integration of Slovak Telekom. He is a graduate of Economics from Agronomic University in Brno.
