“I’m beginning to notice some improvement.” Cellist and conductor, Pablo Casals, at age 93, in response to an interviewer’s question about why he continued a routine of practicing daily.

With his wry sense of humor, Casals completely captured the concept of continuous learning. Continuous learning takes discipline and dedication and speaks volumes about a person’s brand—who they are in the eyes of others. What would you say your brand is? Is it the one you want?
