It speaks to the critical importance of searching for the truth as opposed to a slavish devotion to an ideology or dogma. Whether you’re leading a big company, a small department, a family, or just yourself, it’s not easy to be a leader today. Today, leaders must have the courage and self-confidence to embrace new ways of thinking, new data, new possibilities, and things that may challenge a previously held belief that is either outdated, or incorrect.
